I recently dropped off my vehicle because of a noise that was making me paranoid. I asked that the techs just troubleshoot the issue and price out the work to be done. However, they could not find the source of the noise at first and kept it overnight to give it another thorough look the next day. They completely took apart my vehicle and found the issue. Though I only had a car issue diagnosed and a quote for the work, I will return to Allen Automotive to complete the work on my vehicle. I found the quality of work to be top-notch, in addition to friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service and fair and transparent pricing. Thank you!!

I would advise car owners to avoid this garage. I took my car there for A/C service, explaining it had a persistent leak that needed fixing before recharging the system (this is the law anyway). Allen's charged me $407 for simply recharging the system without fixing anything, and all the refrigerant discharged within 40 hours. Allen's refused to refund my money or admit any wrongdoing.

The car runs so much better and I know it is in great shape. Thanks so much.
