I had a dead battery recently. I called Allen Automotive for service. They send someone to my home who took care of the problem and drove the car to the shop to be fixed. The service was excellent, affordable, and timely. I have been sending my car to this shop for few years now. They always do good service, provide good advice, they send reminders, but they are never pushy. The personal interaction with Allen’s team is very pleasant.

Walking into the Radial Tire waiting room, one notices the calm confidence of the staff. If no one is waiting, you are welcomed with a friendly greeting. If all staff are busy with other customers, one witnesses the dedication to those customers. Usually staff will come look at your tire/s and assess and offer choices within minutes. The work is done carefully and conscientiously and you are on your way as quickly as possible. I have purchased tires at Radial Tires for several cars over the years, always recommend them to others, and cannot imagine going anywhere else.

The team at Allen Automotive has always been top notch technically and somehow also manages to be competitive on pricing as well. Having spent many years in the industry, I recognize quality work and good management when I see it. These folks deliver a quality product/service and a great customer experience at a very fair price. In this market where impersonal franchised chain shops are the norm, Allen Automotive stands out as the go-to resource. A truly great small business.
