Discovered in the midst of the pandemic that my car wouldn’t start. I live a few blocks away from Allen Automotive so I called them. Instead of having me get my car towed they came to me, jumped my car, brought it back to their garage, made sure the battery was the only problem, replaced it, and brought it back to me. The battery was under warranty so it was free, but they also didn’t charge me a dime to pick up my car and drop it off. While I’m very close by, I still feel it shows them going out of their way to help me save money even when it didn’t benefit them at all.

My car broke down far from home and my coworker recommended I come here. Henry and his mechanics were able to get the part I needed and get me back on the road by a few hours later on the same day. I was so thankful to have my car running again quickly.

I took our Subaru in for an oil change and to have a trailer hitch installed. As in the past, I was hugely impressed by the time and care Allen Automotive put into the work. I bought the hitch online and the folks in the shop went above and beyond to install even more securely and with better hardware, etc than called for. This is an A+ operation.

The staff is very professional, courteous, always ready to help, knowledgeable and friendly. I was treated very nicely. The service is impeccable. They treat you like a celebrity. Any car issues, go see them.
