Had an oil change/scheduled maintenance on my C-Max on Jan 15. Excellent and prompt service as always.

Oxygen sensors replaced and mass air sensor cleaned with dispatch. Cheerfully and accommodating.

Our check checking system light came on while we were on 495. We still had an hour of driving, so we pulled into Silver Spring. Fortunately we were able to find this place. It was a little before 5pm, but they quickly accepted us and replaced our alternator. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Very friendly staff and quick service.

Great service. They really know how to diagnose car problems and how to repair them. My first time with Allen Automotive, but will be a regular customer from now on.

The routine work was done as asked, and ready for pick up the same day. Since it was the first time they'd seen/worked on the car they did a thorough review of its needs and said it was fine. They prepared me for some of the things -- mostly electronic that can start giving me trouble at the 5 - 6 year mark. I have a 2018 Subaru and they said keep it --- they are great, well made cars! That made me feel good too!!

Work done in an afternoon --- 4 new tires and routine maintenance. Very polite and comfortable new waiting room!!
