They serviced my Toyota 4Runner with transmission and new brakes. The job was awesome and the customer service was above and beyond satisfaction. I recommend Allen automobile.

Went in for a Maryland state inspection, they replaced my wiper blades that caused my car to fail and passed me. They’re much better than the ones I had. I had a rear differential issue and went back and they took care of it in just a few hours. The owner offered to have someone drive me back to work (3 miles away) if I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, too. My windshield was cracked pretty badly while in their care and after making arrangements with the owner, that was fixed the next day, in an hour or so while I waited.

I have been using Allen for a while now, each time they continually tell me of my options, my estimates and what the best for my needs. Chris and Henry and Daniel and the crew there...really care that the difference I have found!

I came to Allen Automotive several years ago after taking my car to the dealership and being ripped off . I have been completely satisfied with the work they have performed on my car. Initially they were close to my house. We moved 5 or 6 miles away two years ago but I would not take my car anywhere else.

This is our go-to auto mechanic. We have been using them for years. Always excellent service. I recently needed a quick turnaround Maryland State inspection, and Henry accomplished this the same afternoon and immediately emailed me the results. Highly recommend.
