Called one day in advance to ensure that time slot was available. Drop off at appointed time. They did the routine periodic check - oil change, rotate tires, etc. and also replaced a seal. I needed to replace a light fixture. They ordered the part. I returned two days later and they quickly installed it.

Allen auto makes taking care of my car simple and pleasant. They never push me to make costly repairs and are always courteous and prompt. We are very happy customers.
