Allen Auto replaced the rear drum brakes on my 92 Ford Mustang LX with a disc brake kit that I purchased. After installing the rear disc brakes, the parking brake did not work, due to a design flaw in the kit. Henry (the shop owner) researched, customized, and his team installed a solution to solve a design flaw in an aftermarket product! They did a great job. I recommend them for all your repair needs.

I brought in my 1999 Altima (with almost 61,000 miles on it) for a periodic maintenance check. They did that within a matter of hours (I had left the car for them to finish working on it by the end of the day)-- and they spotted a future important repair: my five year old battery (past its usual life anyway)was close to dying! Of course, I had it replaced, and thanks to Allen for catching that before the battery died entirely! The car now drives very smoothly.

Our '95 E350 had a ABS problem, amongst others, that our previous garage had not been able to isolate or find parts to attempt a repair on it. Allen nailed the diagnosis the first time out had the vehicle on the road two days earlier that requested and best of all came in under budget.

I appreciate the fact that the service was honest and upfront. The waiting room was clean and uncluttered. They seemed to be busy, which is a good sign. My State Inspection took 90 minutes and I was given the estimate of one hour. I recommend that you lead with the longest possible time and when you are finished ahead of that time it is a "Wow" for the customer. Mr. Henry mentioned that he liked my car and I believe he is a gentleman and it came from his heart. I like this request and the offer of providing a service history for each visit. My review is 4.5 stars although I only put 4 because I cannot put 4.5. I look forward to having my car serviced here soon. Sincerely, Ron Foster
