I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this big job. The engine had to be removed to replace the studs that hold new exhaust manifolds. In the middle of the job, while the engine was out, I asked for a "tour" of the work. Henry spent an hour explaining the process and answering all of my questions. During this time we discussed some preventive action we could take while the engine was out. Based on this, we replaced sensors, hoses, thermostat, spark plugs, coils and the water pump. The bill was higher than I ever paid for an automobile repair, but now the power plant of my 2011 Ford Expedition is ready to serve for another ten years. Now we don't have to replace the big SUV.
