Chris was very helpful and responsive to questions about the work required. So far they have fixed the AC on three of my vehicles when my other mechanics struggled to find the problem. Skilled and knowledgeable.

My radiator was blown and was stranded on a highway. Allen Automotive replaced the radiator, but soon engine light was on. They purposely set up lower temp considering my old engine, but the car's computer system picked that up as an error. Of course, Allen Automotive took care of this problem right away. Also my taillight was out. With persistence, they found the short. Days later, I brought in a new set up taillight, and they installed the lights flawlessly.

We were getting ready to leave on vacation the next day and the service engine light went on. I wouldn't have been able to get an appointment at the dealer, but Allen Auto told me to come right in at 4:45PM. They were able to determine that it was a computer code problem, and we could go on vacation and take care of it when we returned.
