Gonna try and keep this short and sweet. Henry is a great guy, and the service techs I’m sure do awesome work 99.9% of the time. However this something I can’t and won’t let go. I picked my vehicle up and immediately noticed something was off, but brushed it off until the next day, since I figured maybe it was an installation error and something that could be fixed with another appointment. Only to wake up the next morning, inspect the car, and realize that the service tech forgot to properly secure my wheel. The wheel was literally being secured by a single lug nut, since the rest had fallen off from driving up the street. I understand that mistakes happen. But basic things like properly securing a (can’t even say the word since the review might get removed) “ducking” wheel should be common sense from a safety standpoint. Now I’m not going to say don’t come here. Again, I’m sure they do fantastic work the majority of the time. But this is the first, and last time I’ll ever be visiting this shop.
