Brought my VW in for a routine oil change. Not only did the crew have me out of there in under an hour, but they noticed my tires need to be replaced - much appreciated!

The best aspect is the ability of the staff to listen patiently to the problem and respond professionally to solving the problem.

First visit, will not be my last! I was impressed from my first phone conversation with Travis, who could not fit me in that day, but gave me an appointment for early the next morning. Henry was very professional and communicative. My vehicle is 28 years old and parts are not easy to come by, Henry actually invited me into the service bay to see the parts that needed to be replaced and some corrections that he recommended be made to repairs made by another auto repair shop some years ago. Henry searched the Web, found the needed parts and completed the work in a timely fashion. I feel the cost was reasonable for the time and effort they put into vehicle.

Always get great and punctual service. Couldn't ask for better, 'tho' I might ask for cheaper...but everyone has to make a living!

Have been coming to Allen Automotive for years. Never feel like I'm being "upsold" on services, always seem to get honest feedback about our cars. Oil change took longer than expected (1.5 hours) but that's because they decided to explore a potential problem once they had the hood open.
